Colorful and full of fun little details, this map of Maine is just one state
map from a 52-book series called "Welcome to the USA," published by Child's
World.
The books were designed for K-12 school use and are packed with hundreds of
map and icon illustrations. The focal points of the maps are the colorful icons
of people, places, and curious spots of interest (for samples of the icons,
see the next Map Illustrations page). I created more than 1,000 illustrations
